Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (10:00 - 19:00) are kindly requested to inform the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Late check-in needs to be communicated to the reception by 18:00 of the day of the arrival. Guests are kindly asked to note that a reservation 1 day in advance is required for the use of the wellness centre. The use of the wellness center is limited to a specific number of entries per day. Please note the wellness centre is operated by an external company and guests are subject to their policies. It has limited capacities and access may be restricted. A reservation is necessary 1 day in advance personally at the reception. Guests who do not use the wellness centre are not entitled to any refund for this reason. Please note as well that children under 16 are only allowed in the wellness centre from 09:00 to 16:00. It is recommended to bring your own towels to the wellness centre. Please note that towels are changed after third night (with a minimum stay of 6 nights). Bed linen is changed in the middle of your stay (with a minimum stay of 10 nights). Housekeeping is not available on weekends and on public holidays. Please note the property features a central environment-friendly heating and the standard temperature in apartments is set to 21° C during the day and 18° C at night, and it cannot be controlled individually. Electrical heaters are not allowed. Please note that garage parking needs to be reserved at least 1 day prior to arrival due to limited parking space and the client needs to pick up a parking card at the reception before entering the garage. Maximum car height can be 2 metres.
