Front desk is open 24/7. Effective 1 July 2026, the hotel will begin a comprehensive transformation aimed at improving guest experience. The renovation will include upgrades to guest rooms, suites, dining venues, and public areas. The hotel will remain fully operational until 30 June 2026. After this date, it will temporarily close to begin renovation works, with completion expected in 2028. During the Holy month of Ramadan, in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, alcohol service will be served only in designated areas, and it is prohibited to consume food and beverages in public areas outside the property during daylight hours. The Infinity pool will operate as usual from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM, while the Family Splash area for children will be available from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Operating hours for the restaurants are changed for the Holy month of Ramadan. Guests are advied to verify the details with the hotel directly.
