The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. If guests are staying for 1 night, there is no resort fee. To guarantee the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the reservation cost is required. Prices for extra beds per day: - In the off-season until May 1: an extra bed per adult costs 1200.00 RUB, children from 5 to 12 years old - 1000.00 RUB on a breakfast basis; - From May 1: an extra bed per adult costs 1600.00 RUB for breakfast and 2,700.00 RUB on the all inclusive basis, children from 5 to 12 years old - 1,200.00 RUB for breakfast and 2,450.00 RUB all inclusive. Only 1 child under 5 years old can stay in the room free of charge, when placed on the parents' bed, without extra bed.
