As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Fee for buffet breakfast: USD 15.00 for adults and USD 15 for children (approximately) • Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 10.0 per night • Rollaway bed fee: USD 25.0 per day The above list may not be comprehensive.
