In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • Cash deposit: THB 5000.0 • Shuttle transfer per adult: THB 1000 (one-way) • Shuttle transfer per child: THB 0 (one-way) • Utility fee: THB 5 per accommodation, per stay • A damage deposit of THB 5000 will be collected before check-in. • Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation. We have included all charges provided to us by the property. • Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately THB 150 to 300 for adults, and THB 100 to 250 for children • Airport shuttle fee: THB 1000 per vehicle (one-way) • A fee will be charged for use of certain facilities The above list may not be comprehensive.
