Everything you need to know before booking
Rates apply only to individual reservations of up to four apartments. For bookings of more than four apartments, different rates and policies apply. In such cases, 50% of the total stay must be paid upon booking confirmation, with the remaining amount due no later than 60 days before arrival. If the second payment is not made within the specified period, the booking will be considered canceled. The deposit will be refunded, but a EUR 200.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If the deposit amount is less than EUR 200.00, the difference will be charged as a cancellation fee. Daily cleaning, twice-weekly bath towel changes, and bed linen changes per week of stay. The Levante restaurant is closed for dinner from November 15, 2025, to February 15, 2026, so half-board is not available. During this period, the restaurant will be open daily from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
