Front desk is open 24/7. From March 16, 2026, noisy work may occur due to renovations in the spa area. The spa center will operate as usual. The men's sauna will be temporarily unavailable. To check in at the hotel, guests must present an original Russian citizen's passport; for children, a birth certificate, a foreign citizen's passport, or other appropriate document for each guest. Access to the gym and Finnish sauna is included in the price of accommodation. Access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and Turkish bath, hammam, is paid additionally at the reception or directly at the Spa center. The minimum deposit for additional expenses is RUB 5000.00 per night per room. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. In Standard and Club rooms there is no possibility to provide an extra bed: only a cot is available for children under 3 years. In Junior Suite and Suite rooms it is possible to accommodate children on a sofa or an extra bed. Regardless of the selected room option, an additional charge is taken for children from 3 to 13 years old, the cost should be calculated according to these rules of accommodation.
