Front desk is open 24/7. Upon check-in, each guest is required to present a credit card in their name at the front desk to block funds for possible additional expenses during their stay. Such expenses may include, for example, minibar services, paid parking, laundry, room service, fines or damage to hotel property. If the card cannot be provided, guests may instead pay a refundable deposit of KRW 50,000.00 in cash. This amount is blocked/accepted solely to cover possible additional expenses. Check-in time will be temporarily changed to 03:00 PM and check-out time to 11:00 AM during the renovation period from February to April. The gym, jacuzzi and self-service laundry will be unavailable from March 4 to March 16. Breakfast may be offered as a buffet or set menu depending on the situation at that time. The family double room has 1 double bed and 1 extra bed. The standard triple room has 2 single beds and 1 extra bed. If breakfast is included for an adult, one child under 12 years old gets breakfast free of charge. Any additional charges incurred from 3 years old can be paid separately on site.
