Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. The front desk is open until 22:00. After this time check-in is not possible. Transport to the island does not go after 10:00 PM. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Know Before You Go • This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal. Guests must contact the property with arrival details 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Pool access available from 7 AM to 7 PM. • A resort fee is included in the total price displayed. • A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 31 December. • The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).
