MHI or VHI policy Enterobiosis test (valid for 10 days) Dermatologist's opinion on the absence of contagious skin diseases (valid for 10 days) Epidemiological certificate (including regarding COVID-19) (received no later than 3 days before the date of departure from the city) One-time analysis on COVID-19 (received no later than 2 days before the date of departure from the city) - For adults: Passport Sanatorium-resort card (form 072 / y) (for a trip with treatment) - Valid for 2 months.
