As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. This property is located within Jaguar Park and guests are required to pay a daily park entrance fee. The park entry fee is 20.00 USD per person, per day. Fee are collected at park entrance. Know Before You Go • Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments.
