Front desk is open 24/7. Upon check-in, it is required to present the original documents: an internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and a birth certificate for children. Due to maintenance, the GoSpa spa complex at the Kazan Palace by TASIGO hotel will be closed from March 9, 2026, to March 19, 2026. The sauna, steam room, Turkish hammam, and massage studios will operate as usual from March 20, 2026. The pool will be closed until April 15, 2026. Visiting the gym from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM is included in the price. Visiting the spa area located in the neighboring building is paid by guests separately. The hotel is Green Globe certified and implements the Stay in Harmony initiative program, which focuses on preserving natural resources, positively contributing to local communities, and protecting the environment.
