Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk opening hours 11:00 - 14:00. Piedra de Luna is a smoke-free space and smoking is totally prohibited throughout the accommodation, including common areas and especially inside the rooms. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the accommodation reserves the right to penalize the holder of the reservation with a penalty of EUR 100.00 per room for cleaning costs. The day before the arrival the property will send guest an email with the access code both for the main door and for the room. With this code guests can access the accommodation even if they plan to arrive outside the in-person reception hours. When guests enter the code into the lock they will hear small beeps, a sign that the panel is capturing the keystrokes; after the code guests should press the # key and the door will open.
