You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Panhandle Getaways will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2019 until Sun 01 Mar 2020 Swimming pool #2 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2019 until Sun 01 Mar 2020 Note: The resort fee includes a non-refundable USD 69 damage waiver fee that covers up to USD 1,200 in accidental damage. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in, and photo identification must match the name on the reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed electronically online prior to arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival.
