Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. A deposit of 200.00 EUR per night is required at check-in if paid in cash or by debit card. If paid by credit card, the deposit is 100.00 EUR per night. This deposit is to cover any potential damages. Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Pets allowed for an extra charge plus a one-time cleaning fee of EUR 25.00 per night. City tax applies to guests 17 and older. All rooms and suites on floors 7 to 25 will be renovated until the end of April. Work is carried out from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00, and depending on the stage of the project, different equipment is used. None of the rooms available on floors 1 through 6 will be affected during the renovation, and no facilities will be closed. However, the hotel will be closed from 2.02.2026 to 13.02.2026.
